No fault requirement, no referral, no forms to chase — just your claim number. ICBC pre-approves treatment in the first 12 weeks after a crash, and we bill them directly.
ICBC · Motor vehicle injury
In the first 12 weeks after a motor vehicle accident, ICBC pre-approves a set number of sessions across three disciplines here. You don't need to be found at fault, and you don't need a doctor's referral.
Your sessions
Pick your treatment type and slide to how many sessions you've already used. The number left is what ICBC has pre-approved for the remaining weeks of the 12-week window.

How it works
Four steps, most of them handled with a single phone call.
Call ICBC or report online. You'll be assigned a claim number and an adjuster — this is what starts your pre-approved sessions.
No referral required. We take your claim number and book your first assessment, usually within a day or two.
A practitioner examines how you're moving, what's been injured and how it's affecting you, then builds a treatment plan across the disciplines that fit.
You attend your sessions and we bill ICBC as you go, within the pre-approved counts. If more treatment is needed past 12 weeks, we request approval from your adjuster.
